Matthew 18:21-22
New King James Version (NKJV)

21 Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”
22 Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven."

In life, it's hard to forgive and forget.  We are often at odds with each other, and most times over petty offenses.  Every day people lose friends, families break up, and some people even die because we refuse to forgive each other.  Jesus commanded us to love our neighbors as He loved us. That is something that can seem impossible to do, but we must try to accomplish this immeasurable task.
Being 490 FIT is an attempt to forgive each other as Jesus instructed Peter, 490 times a day.  While I cannot honestly say that I have reached this mark, I constantly strive to get there, and I would like to encourage you to do the same.  Together with God's love, we can conquer the world!
